Card Payments

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). You will receive either Store Credit or an Exchange for COD orders.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Card Payment On Delivery

We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery. You will receive either Store Credit or an Exchange. NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Customs duties and any other charges are to be paid by the customer.

Return Conditions

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances and foreign odours (including smoke), free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.
  • Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for Sale Items. Sale items can either receive store credit for the same value, or be exchanged for the same product in a different size.

Exchanges

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags & original packaging.
  • We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED20 applies.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received an item you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.

Processing Time

We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours of your request.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges are to be paid by the customer. To start a return, email info@chiclefrique.com and our customer care team will send you the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering all associated return charges. In this case, we process the refund after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for Sale Items. Sale items can either receive store credit for the same value, or be exchanged for the same product in a different size.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges for International orders. If you would like to exchange an item, this will be treated as a return — please place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received an item you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

We offer refunds or store credit for online card purchases.

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for full-priced items.
  • SALE items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for approved returns.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The security ribbon around the product should not be removed.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@chiclefrique.com.

Customs & Returns

If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us, any return shipping fees, duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Items are inspected within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You may return your original order and place a new one.
