Preorder Items: Please be advised that orders containing a pre-order item alongside in-stock items will prioritize fulfillment of the in-stock items. This ensures you receive readily available products without delay. The pre-order item will be shipped upon restock, and may incur additional customs and duty fees for international orders (orders outside UAE).
Please note, preorders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, the preorders are entitled to be refunded or exchanged only upon receiving the preorder item.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Online Card Payment only)and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.
Cash On Delivery (COD):
We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). You will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges for cash on delivery orders. NOTE: Store Credit is valid for6 months from the issue date.
Card Payment On Delivery:
We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery. For Card Payment On Delivery orders, you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges. NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Please note that shipping Fees will not be refunded.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.
Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.
*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Return shipping within the GCC & UK will be covered by us
(1st Return). Customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.
For Rest of The World orders, Internationalreturn shipping charges,customs dutiesand any other charges are to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within7 daysof first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
For International orders, item(s) must be returned within14 daysof first receiving the parcel.
SALE ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds forAnySale Items. Sale Items can either receivestore creditfor the same value of the product(s) or be exchangedwith the same product of different sizes.
