Orders placed on Saturdays after 3PM & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
WE SHIP TO
Delivery within the UAE will be AED20 for shipping.
- After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order.
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays.
- Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in UAE before 3PM.
- We charge an additional AED10 for Cash On Delivery Orders.
REST OF THE WORLD:
International orders - (Shipped through DHL)
- International Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.
- After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays.
- International orders will take 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

(a) Card and Visa checkout payments made with debit or credit cards can have either:
The funds will be returned to the original card used to make the payment within 7 - 14 calendar days of our Customer Care team confirming the return, or
Alternatively, we can give you store credit to place a new order.
(b) Payments made though Cash-on-Delivery can have:
Store credit for the same value of the returned item(s) to use on your next order.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.
SALE items can either receive a store credit for the same value of the product(s) or exchange with the same product of different size.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on BLACK FRIDAY SALE, CYBER MONDAY SALE, CHRISTMAS SALE & YEAR END SALE items.
We do not accept returns on FLASH SALE items but can only be exchanged with any other product of choice.
In the event that any sale items are returned - they will be shipped back to the customer by the customers expense or discarded within 30 days.
We do not accept returns on Accessories, Jewelry & Swimwear for sanitary reasons.
Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.
International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our policy lasts 7 days. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our customer care team at email@example.com with your order number and mentioning the items you wish to exchange. After 7 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED15 is applicable.
For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
