We charge an additional AED10 for Cash On Delivery Orders.

International orders will take 2-3 days to be delivered. It may take longer due to the custom clearance and it may vary from country to country.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:

Please to request a return or an exchange.

Card Payments:

For Online Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Cash On Delivery (COD):

We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Card Payment On Delivery:

We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery. For Card Payment On Delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

We do not accept returns on Accessories, Jewelry & Masks for sanitary reasons.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us (1st Return).

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

Return shipping within the GCC will be covered by us. Customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

For Rest of The World orders, International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@chiclefrique.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED20 is applicable.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories due to sanitary reasons.
